SOUND BATH
A private sound bath is a beautiful way to bring friends, family or colleagues together. Immerse yourself in the healing, deeply relaxing sound waves created by crystal and Tibetan bowls and the stunning gong.
Vibrations and frequencies bring your mind and body to a place of deep rest as the parasympathetic nervous system soothes and calms.
We begin with some gentle breath work and somatic stretches, a blend of relaxing essential oils are offered to help bring you into your body. Lie cocooned by bolsters, blankets cushions and eye pillows as tension and feelings of stuckness are released.
Herbal tea is offered and an invitation to journal any feelings you wish to explore.
This offering takes place in the therapy studio but options for home or workplace can be discussed.
Massage Therapy in Cambridge
My therapy room is housed in the beautiful Anstey Hall in Trumpington, Cambridge.
Overlooking a lush green paddock where horses graze and nature sings, the light, airy space is unique and calm. You will exhale as soon as you arrive.
